5b - Architecture + Design has had growing demands and requests
for Project Coordination Services and Turnkey Projects. We
will manage the design and construction phase as well as being
the liaison between you, the Client, the Professional team
and the Contractor. We ensure that the Project is completed
on time, to the best possible quality and within the budget
you had given to us.
As
we have an in-house English speaking Architect who with his
associate partner are registered with the College of Architects
here in Spain, Clients can relay their wants and desires to
us on what they are wanting in their property, for us to ensure
that these aspects are included in the design and building.
We will advise you on every aspect of your investment, from
the design right through to bathroom fixtures. We pride ourselves
on a one-to-one service with you, our Client and treat every
project that we do like it was our own. We concern ourselves
on every detail, no matter how minor it may be, that goes
into your new home so that you can enjoy a stress-free construction
